I am a user and product experience professional, ux writer, researcher, and hobbyist programmer, with experience as a technical project manager and technical writer.

I like investigating how people work and the tools and functional processes they use - physical, digital, conversational. How can products and tools provide convenience, efficiency and accuracy? I want to participate in the creation of products and tools that embody these elements.

I have a Master's degree (2014) from NYU-Tisch's Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP), where I focused on projects involving data, networks, VR and voice. My early background was in journalism, psychology, film, and visual art (BFA, NYU-Tisch School of the Arts).
